Our much-loved family beach side retreat located in the heart of stunning Diamond Beach. This home is ideal for large families, friends or groups for your next relaxing getaway and just a short 20-minute drive from the ever so popular Forster- but without all the fuss! Inside our homely beach abode, you will feel right at home- With a recently renovated kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, with plenty of space for the kids and full amenities. The multiple living areas both upstairs and downstairs give you options for your stay. The house is fully equipped for the perfect Diamond Beach getaway! Step outside onto a spacious deck where you can soak up the beach air or enjoy evening sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. The deck is furnished with dining table, and a barbecue, making it an ideal spot for gatherings. The BBQ makes for great Aussie dining and there are two outdoor furnished dining areas. Looking to keep the kids entertained so you can relax? We offer a multitude of activities including, DVD Player and a selection of DVDs and board games. Just a short stroll from the house, you'll find charming cafes and boutique shops, perfect for leisurely mornings or afternoon outings. The beach is a short 50 metre stroll from the house, to easily enjoy a fish, swim, surf, or a lazy stroll. The perfect escape to create unforgettable memories within one of the most beautiful beachside towns in NSW. Guest access Access is provided through the front door. We provide a lock box with a code for the key which will be provided the day of check-in. If guests loose the key, you will be charged $300 to replaced the locks and keys. Other things to note Strictly no parties or events and we ask that all guests consider the close proximity of our neighbours. Any guests not abiding to the house rules will have their booking cancelled immediately and no refund will be given. Any damages caused or additional cleaning will be charged to the guests. This is our much loved family home and we ask you respect our property as we have spent our time and finances making it what it is for you to enjoy. We provide all linen and bath towels. We do not provide beach towels, and we ask that the towels are not used for the beach. The garage is locked and not accessible to guests, as are certain cupboards in the home.
