The main house features a well-equipped kitchen, two spacious living rooms, and a large dining table that seats up to 12 with extra leaves and a bench for added seating. It also boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including two ensuite bathrooms for added privacy. Additionally, a separate studio apartment offers a Murphy bed and full bathroom for flexible accommodations. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom. -PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage). Important Property Notes: Garage is not available to guests No on-site parking is available however street parking and public parking lot is next to home. This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings. This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
