Bedding and bath linens are offered. Master suite (upper floor): A double bed, brand new air conditioning, spacious closet, 2 showers in the bathroom box (solar and electric) and a hot tub. Suite 2 (upper floor): A double bed, portable fans, 2 showers in the bathroom box (solar and electric). Suite 3 (upper floor): Two single beds, portable fan, 2 showers in the bathroom box (solar and electric). Suite 4 (ground floor): A double bed, brand new air conditioning, a baby crib and electric shower in the bathroom box. *For hosting for 9 or more guests, there are extra double and single mattresses to be made available along with bed linen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, cooktop, microwave, water filter and dishwasher. It has a good offer of kitchen utensils, set of new pots, blender, Nespreso coffee maker (bottle and conventional strainer too!). The dining table is a Saarinen table for 4-6 people. The living room has one sofa with 2.20 m chaise and 3 armchairs. The TV is a 65-inch LG with SmartTV and also has a variety of SKY subscription channels. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor table and chairs. The barbecue has skewers and grills and a set of utensils (knife, handle, etc.), in addition to a rectangular table for 6-8 people. The pool has a table game with four chains around it and an umbrella, plus 4 loungers. It is constantly cleaned (on average 2-3 times a week) and has the possibility of installing removable protection for the safety of children.
