Completely clean, all glazed, it also has a modern kitchen with a cooktop, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Bed and bath linens are offered in the accommodations. Your pet is very welcome too. Located in Jaguariúna (São Paulo), just 10 minutes from Holambra, 12 minutes from Pedreira and 15 minutes from Campinas. The space The house has 4 suites. Bed and bath linens are offered. Master suite (upper floor): A double bed, brand new air conditioning, spacious closet, 2 showers in the bathroom (solar and electric) and a whirlpool bathtub. Suite 2 (upper floor): A double bed, portable fans, 2 showers in the bathroom (solar and electric). Suite 3 (upper floor): Two single beds, portable fan, 2 showers in the bathroom stall (solar and electric). Suite 4 (ground floor): A double bed, brand new air conditioning, a baby crib and electric shower in the bathroom stall. *For stays of 9 or more guests, extra double and single mattresses are available along with bed linens. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, cooktop, microwave, water filter and dishwasher. It has a good supply of kitchen utensils, a set of new pots, a blender, a Nespresso coffee maker (a bottle and a conventional strainer too!). The dining table is a Saarinen table for 4-6 people. The living room has a 2.20m chaise sofa and 3 armchairs. The TV is a 65-inch LG with SmartTV and also has a variety of SKY subscription channels. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor table and chairs. The barbecue has skewers and grills and a set of utensils (knife, tongs, etc.), as well as a rectangular table for 6-8 people. The pool has a table set with four chairs around it and an umbrella, as well as 4 sun loungers. It is constantly cleaned (on average, 2-3 times a week) and has the possibility of installing removable protection for the safety of children. It is also possible to install child protection on the stairs that give access to the upper floor. Just important to let us know beforehand.
