Welcome to this beautifully preserved historic 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the heart of Phoenix, perfect for those seeking a unique blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The space Access: Keyless Entry. The Home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a 4-digit code to access the home. The living room area is incredibly cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and exudes a welcoming atmosphere. It's the perfect space to relax, unwind, and feel right at home, with every detail designed to create a warm and inviting ambiance. You will find a 65' smart TV where you can watch your favorite shows. We do not provide cable, but you will be able to BYOL (bring your own log in) to enjoy the different streaming apps. BICYCLES FOR DECOR ONLY. The master bedroom is a cozy retreat, featuring a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. It houses a king bed, perfect for restful nights. The room also includes an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience. The second bedroom is a charming and cozy space, featuring a comfortable queen bed that invites restful sleep. In addition to the main bed, the room includes a built-in small bed, perfect for sitting or lying down with a good book. This thoughtful nook adds a touch of versatility to the space. The room also boasts a built-in bookshelf, providing a convenient place to store your favorite reads, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and quite moments. The third bedroom features two beautifully decorated twin beds. The room offers a well-lit environment that feels both cheerful and cozy. Soft linens, tasteful decor, and ample natural light create and warm and welcoming atmosphere. The second bathroom is conveniently located near the open living area, providing easy access from the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This thoughtful placement ensures that guests can enjoy both comfort and convenience, seamlessly integrating the bathroom into the flow of the home's main living spaces. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this home offers an ideal location with an array of coffee shops, restaurants, and local hotspots within easy walking distance. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the spacious outdoor patio equipped with a BBQ grill, perfect for hosting a cookout with friends and family. The firepit provides a cozy atmosphere for evening gatherings, while the basketball court offers a fun way to stay active. Also, try your aim at the cornhole game 😀 We strive to be eco-friendly and provide as many zero waste options as we can to help care for the environment, for this reason we will not be providing single use toiletries. Mattresses: All Mattresses are of high-quality memory foam. They tend toward the firm side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all. Each mattress is protected with a hypoallergenic mattress cover for your health and safety. Pillows: Each sleeping position is equipped with 2 pillows, with the exception of the twin beds room where each bed is only equipped with one. All sleeping pillows are covered with hypoallergenic pillow protectors for your health and safety. Towels: Everyday millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once, we provide guests with 1 bath towel each, although we have additional in the linen closet, we encourage you to reuse your towel to help us conserve the Earth's vital resources. Hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags will also be included. Water Filtration: Arizona is known for having hard water. To best accommodate our guests this home is equipped with an AquaTru Reverse Osmosis countertop water filter which you will certainly enjoy. Toiletries: Includes Eco-Friendly body wash/shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryers: 2 hairdryers are provided for your use. You will enjoy complete privacy in our home, but we will always be a text/call away to answer any questions. We have a contactless check in at the front door for easy entry. This property is monitored by a RING camera in the front entrance and both sides of the house for your safety and security purposes. Other things to note As with many urban areas, the proximity to downtown Phoenix means you may encounter some homeless individuals in the vicinity. This is a common aspect of major downtowns across the United States, but rest assured, the neighborhood remains safe and welcoming for visitors. Enjoy the best of Phoenix's historic charm and vibrant downtown life from the comfort of this unique home. PETS? I welcome pets, but only a dog under 25 pounds is permitted. We are unable to accommodate cats due to a high incidence of allergic reactions. Please ensure that you pick up after your dog and maintain a clean environment during your stay. This helps keep the space enjoyable for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation! GUEST COUNT - If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be canceled with no refund. The number of guests you book for is the amount allowed on the property, no exceptions. MUSIC & SPEAKERS The music level outside should never be loud. PARKING - No more than 4 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBROING HOMES. QUIET HOURS - Outside quiet hours from 10:00PM - 8AM per Phoenix noise ordinance. EARLY CHECK IN? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. LATE CHECK OUT? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL? - No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted. MAINTENANCE -Landscaping team comes every 2 weeks. Day varies. -Pest Control team comes once per month to spray front yard and backyard (day varies). Arizona is in a desert and although we have pest service, you may see native bugs including scorpions and spiders on the property. -Our neighbors take the trash to the curb every Thursday in the evening. - TV is smart with streaming capabilities. There is no cable or local channels. -The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
