In the historic district of Oakland, our cozy downtown Phoenix house is a comfortable centrally located stay. Easy access to I-10, downtown, I-17 freeway and approximately 10 minutes to the airport. Cozy furnishings and a full kitchen are among the available amenities at our charming historic house. Our property is perfect for individuals, business travelers, couples, and remote workers. Available tandem parking in the driveway, as well as plenty of parking in front of the house. The space Thank you for your interest into our Comfortable Downtown house. If you are wanting a Downtown vibe look no further. We are minutes away from Grand Ave, which hosts local eats, arts and shops. Easy access to nearby freeways, as well as downtown venues such as Chase field, Phoenix Convention Center, Arizona Federal and Roosevelt Street. In regards to the neighborhood, we are in an older part of downtown Phoenix that is in the process of gentrification. Our cozy bedrooms come equipped with comfortable queen beds, black out curtains, comfy linens, TV’s equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Prime Video, and HBOMax (with your personal account info). What is included: Each bedroom has a queen size bed. All linens included. Full shared bathroom with shower Shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap Towels Hair Dryer Toilet paper included Fully Stocked Kitchen Oil/salt/pepper Set of pots and pans (cookware) Cutlery and cooking utensils Plates/bowls Drinking glasses/coffee mugs Coffee maker Iron and Iron Board High speed internet Comfortable furnishings Guest access Check-in is self-guided and contactless, with lockbox access and physical keys. Each bedroom has its own personal locks. My room and closets are locked. Please respect my privacy. Parking is available in the driveway or street parking in front of the house. Laundry Room: Access to the laundry room is provided as a courtesy amenity and is not included as part of the listing’s primary living areas. The space is used for storage, and may be cluttered or unorganized at times. Other things to note We look forward to hosting you. We do ask that during your stay you remember to respect our home and neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. The following are non-negotiable house rules that we appreciate your cooperation: -NO SMOKING/VAPING/DABBING IN HOUSE OR ROOMS -No Pets -No Parties, gatherings or unauthorized guests Violations of any of the above house rules will result in a fine of $500 plus cleaning fees Check-in is by 4pm or 3 hours after booking, whichever is later. There is a back door that is covered and dead bolted in the master bedroom. You may use in an emergency but our preference is for it to remain locked and not used. During your rental, we will not be on premises unless needed. When this house is not rented - it is my part time residence and art studio. I generally have a few projects going on around the Backyard. I am currently working on the backyard - it is not part of this listing. Please excuse the dirt lot that it currently is :) *As with any downtown proximity residence, the pulse of the city, like traffic and occasional trains, can be heard, but rest assured, our guests rarely find them distracting. Note on Nature and Wildlife: Our home is in a historic neighborhood and, like many charming older properties, it occasionally shares space with nature. While we do our best with regular pest control, bugs do happen occasionally. The area also has a few friendly stray cats that like to roam nearby or nap on the porch. We want you to feel fully informed and comfortable before booking.
