When I'm away, my space becomes all yours: an entire floor with a double bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and a large bathroom. Furnished with care and warmth, it is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Close to the Bisceglie metro station, the Fiera area and San Carlo Hospital, with free parking and groceries under the house. A great base for exploring Milan and its surroundings! The space This is my home, where I live and which I occasionally rent out when I leave for the weekend or at other times. It is therefore an authentic, personal and characterful environment, inhabited by a thirty-year-old girl. The accommodation is located on the second floor of a renovated farmhouse: a house that combines the charm of the rustic with modern comforts, while remaining a simple and genuine, unconventional context. Guests have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and everything they need to cook. Coffee is always available. The kitchen opens onto a cozy living room, with a large sofa and a second sofa bed, ideal for one person or a couple of children. The guest room is private and has a large sofa bed, a closet to store your belongings, and a desk with a chair, also suitable for working. The bathroom is complete with shower and bathtub. There is also a balcony with plants, ideal for a moment of relaxation in the open air. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire lower floor of the house, which includes a kitchen, living room, guest room, bathroom, and balcony.
