Features include: a comfy queen bed in 1 bedroom and a double bunk bed in 2nd bedroom. AC & TV's in each bedroom, spacious kitchen, living room with a full bed pullout sofa. All this in a great location! The apt. is walking distance of cafes, good restaurants, night life, theaters, the lagoon, beaches, the TMobil-Convention district and Old San Juan! The unit is in on the backside of a 3 story building, on the ground floor. You need to walk up 2 or 3 steps. There is cozy living room with a sofa bed, a roomy eat in kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has a TV and A/C unit. The back bedroom has a queen bed, the front bedroom has a a bunk bed that has 2 full beds (so it can sleep 4). There is a full bathroom as well as a half bathroom. We serve a light continental breakfast daily in our common area upstairs. We also have a rooftop deck with a sweet plunge pool and peekaboo ocean view. Our 3rd floor balcony boasts a hammock and additional seating. Our intimate side yard filled with twinkling lights, tables and candles provides yet another outdoor space for your morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail outside.
