In addition, the atmosphere remains pleasant throughout the year thanks to the built-in **air conditioning**. The first level have 1 bathroom. The **equipped kitchen**, also located on this level, is designed to meet the needs of both amateur cooks and demanding chefs. Equipped with modern appliances and high quality utensils, this space allows you to prepare from a light breakfast to a formal dinner for friends and family. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a **half bathroom** with easy access, offering comfort to guests and residents without having to go up to the next level. Next to Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park; where you can enjoy horseback riding on the beach or Rainforest, Go-Karts, ATVS (four wheelers), UTVs, and a delicious Restaurant and Bar (3 minutes driving). The very popular Kioskos of Luquillo (typical Puerto Rican food by the beach) features freshly caught fish and delicious dining experiences by the sea. The bio bay in Fajardo (one of only 5 bio bays in the world) is only 15 minutes away (driving). In Fajardo you can also book a Catamaran snorkeling trip to the uninhabited island of Icacos or Palomino, which form part of the La Cordillera Reef Nature Reserve. Supermarkets and Pharmacies (Walmart, Luquillo Pharmacy) are only minutes away. Guest access Once inside the Hacienda you will have access to the entire property (the 2 levels and their common areas). Horse stables are not included in the rental. Horses require daily feeding; twice a day; therefore you may see personnel in the stable area. Other things to note Welcome to our charming hacienda. We want to share with you that, inside the property, we have a stable with three beautiful horses. Although these majestic animals are not part of the amenities available to guests, they can enjoy watching them from a distance while grazing peacefully in their corrals. We kindly ask that you do not approach the stable or try to interact directly with the horses to ensure their safety and the welfare of the animals. Additionally, we want to inform you that we have a person in charge of taking care of these beautiful animals. This person is in charge of feeding and cleaning the stable area, and makes sure to do their work without interfering with their time and enjoyment on the farm. Regularly 2 times a day (early in the morning and afternoon). It does not have access to the main house or any common area only to the stable. For equine lovers, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience the authentic atmosphere of a hacienda, with its essence and traditions. Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation home. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your account. *No smoking, $500 penalty *No parties or events, $1,000 Penalty *No animals whatsoever allowed. *No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. *Keep the entrance gate closed at all times. *No illegal substance allowed on the premises. No climbing on the 2nd floor balcony. *Do not hang towels or clothes on any balcony railings. *No eating or drinking in bedrooms and pool. Please enjoy your meals in the dining areas. *Dispose garbage in the trash bin. Please always use bags. *Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when not in use and most importantly, when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. *Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests or they will be reported to Airbnb. *Please wash the dishes and put the garbage in the bin outside before checkout. *Washer and dryer is available for stays longer than 4 nights only. *For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we will be installing external cameras located around the home. *The property is rural and surrounded by beautiful trees so on occasion and despite out best efforts, a stray bugs, spiders or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, specially if a door is left open. ** ** Travel insurance ** We understand that travel cancellations, interruptions and delays occur.
