The Alcúdia apartments are located in a central and lively street during the high season. The apartments are very basic and include a kitchenette, bed linen, bath towels, Wifi (not suitable for remote working), simple kitchen equipment and a private bathroom with shower, on request we provide a crib. The apartments are not air-conditioned and have basic kitchen equipment. We provide towels and sheets free of charge. The space The apartment is part of an apartment block. The fine sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, bars and restaurants is just a few minutes walk away. There is a large terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The living-dining room has a TV and a dining table. The kitchen with 2 electric plates offers a filter or italian coffee machine. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds. It is not possible to confirm the floor (from floor 1 to floor 3). The bathroom is private and has a shower. It is a very basic apartment, ideal to enjoy the good location. Guest access Of crockery we have 2 of each (2 cups, 2 plates etc). We do not provide amenities such as shower gel or shampoo. There's no air conditioning and no elevator. Other things to note In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, the so-called Ecotasa. It is 2.2 Eur per adult from 16 years and over per night and is halved from the ninth night onwards. It is payable before arrival through Airbnb. Arrival time: from 16.00h (no earlier check-in possible) Check-out time: until 10.00h (no later check-out possible) Change of towels and sheets on request, from 7 nights onwards.
