You are a mere few minutes walk from the Harbour Precinct, Town Centre and Walking Tracks. Guests have exculsive use of the swimming pool, spa pool & surrounding deck area and your own private patio. The Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen & all linen is supplied. You will not be disappointed. The space The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. The appliances include a full oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A small milk will be supplied to get you started along with a good supply of tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate. There is breakfast bar seating for two people & all kitchen linen is supplied. The Lounge area has two super comfortable three seater couches, coffee table, smart TV and stereo system. There is a dining area with seating for four people. The Master Bedroom has a fantastic king size bed with quality Royal Dalton linen and pillow choices. There is a wardrobe, easy chair and luggage stand. The 2nd Bedroom has two single beds with Royal Dalton linen and pillow choices. There is also a wardrobe, easy chair and luggage stand. The Bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine. There is a clothes airing rack behind the bedroom door. All bathroom linen will be supplied. Off the Master Bedroom there is a private patio with comfortabe seating for 4 people. This is also where you can access the pool area. Guest access Access is through the front ranch slider. There is a lockbox with the key. Access Codes will be supplied just prior to your arrival. Other things to note For stays Children 10yrs & Over only. Children under 12 years old using the pool must have an adult supervising them at all times within the fenced pool area. The unit is within a complex so some consideration of other residents & keeping the noise low level after 9pm is much appreciated.
