When you enter Villa SeaRenity, your eyes will be drawn to the end of the hall, and the sliding glass doors through which the Caribbean Sea and white sand of Spotts Beach await. The balcony and the view, they are going to call to you...don't answer just yet; stroll through the interior of this place you will call home for the next several days and save that view, that amazing view for the end of your tour. Villa SeaRenity's downstairs bedroom is located to your right just after you enter the front door. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bed, dresser, television, nightstand, BlueTooth alarm clock, a lamp with two USB ports, a nice-sized closet, and it has direct access to the downstairs bath. This bedroom is the perfect space for children or adults. Continuing down the hall you will enter the open kitchen and living room. A modern well-equipped kitchen is ready for preparing meals or making a quick snack before heading to the beach. The living room is a comfortable space with cozy chairs and a sofa where you can snuggle in the evenings and enjoy your favorite television programs on the SmartTV. The free-standing stairs lead you to the 2nd-floor bedroom; a private oasis with a queen platform bed, BlueTooth alarm clock with a USB port, an additional USB charging station with 4 ports, a dresser, lamp, television, and a walk-in closet. After a day on the beach, you can slip into the oversized shower and wash away the sand. The downstairs and upstairs baths are equipped with a blow dryer, soft fluffy bath sheets, and ladies you will enjoy the towels designed specifically for make-up removal. On the 2nd floor, you will also find a stacked washer and dryer capable of handling all your laundry. But seriously do you really want to do laundry on vacation? Head back downstairs, open the sliding glass doors, and step onto the balcony. This is where your vacation begins. Relax and enjoy your stay. The search is over, you've found your beach. Guest access Electronic lock, combination provided 24 hours before arrival Guests are greeted by a representative of Coral Haven Property Management upon arrival or shortly thereafter. Other things to note -Liability insurance requires the person booking the reservation to be age 25 or older. -The adult booking the stay is deemed the "Responsible Party." -"Responsible Party" must be the holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking. -"Resonsible Party" must complete and sign the rental contract and submit legal identification. -"Responsible Party" must be in residence at Villa SeaRenity for the duration of the reservation. - No third (3rd) party bookings allowed. - Villa SeaRenity (not Airbnb) places $375.00 damage deposit hold on "Responsible Party's" credit card. - 14+ nights require additional housekeeping paid directly to Villa SeaRenity. - Villa SeaRenity accepts bookings for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 28 nights. - Maximum occupancy 5. Children and infants are included in the total guest count. - Children under 5 are not allowed-this is a safety issue...Non-mobile infants welcome. - US ADA rules regarding service animals are not applicable in the Cayman Islands. - No pets.
