Located on the first floor with an elevator, the apartment offers comfortable accommodation for families and groups of up to 6 people, ideal for those looking for comfort, convenience and relaxation during their stay. The space The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (possibility to add a crib on request). In the living room you will find a double sofa bed, a Relaxation corner where you can dedicate yourself to Study or Work and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook, refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove and kettle. The bathroom (just renovated) is equipped with a washing machine, a large shower, soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Bed linen and a set of bath towels are provided for each guest. The 15-square-meter outdoor balcony overlooking Mount Resegone, a mountain made famous in Alessandro Manzoni's novel "The Betrothed", is equipped with a coffee table with chairs where guests can relax comfortably.
