Family Haven: near lake, a cosy suite with garage!

Welcome to Family Haven: a really roomy, cozy and renovated place, with a garage (2.2mx4.7m). Perfect for a couple thanks to the bright double room; ideal for a family or 4 friends thanks to the second room. The location is also very convenient: you can reach the lake, the shops/supermarket on Turati Avenue, the station or downtown with a short walk. The space The apartment is provided with every comfort: there’s a garage available for free, 200 Mbit/s Wifi, fans and air conditioning in the rooms, ceiling fan in the kitchen and a portable one in the living room, heating with radiators, marble floor, double glazed windows, fully-equipped kitchen (with an Electrolux fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, 2 induction plates and 2 gas stoves), large bathroom with a window, equipped with double sink, toilet, bidet, shower, with an Electrolux washer. Each room is equipped with a large wardrobe. The entrance, on the upper floor, overlooks the large living room consisting of a living area and a dining area. In front of this space there is a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, accessible through a hallway, in addition to the bathroom, there are two bedrooms. The double one has a 170cm wide kingsize bed; the other one has a single bed and a pull-out bed, a work area with desk. It also has a "sports corner" with an exercise bike and pull-up bar. The apartment is close to a street that is generally not very busy and without passing trucks. Guest access The pedestrian access is from Capodistria Street, the car access to the garage is at the back of the house, from Sondrio Street (there is a map among the pictures, with the location of the house and the names of the streets). We'll agree on when to meet to view guests documents (as request by a new Italian law), to properly show the house and the facilities, to explain the using of the house and to collect the tourist tax. There are a lot of pamphlets in the house about things to do in the area. Other things to note Thanks to the KEY BOX service, if you arrive later than 8 p.m., you are completely independent with self check-in, but please note as per latest law requirement, you will need to show in person your documents to us within 24hrs from arrival. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time, especially if you plan to arrive after 8 p.m. Dear guests, if upon arrival you see something you think doesn’t match with the description of the apartment, let us know immediately.
