Launch your boat right next to our cottage directly onto the Trent Severt Waterway or enjoy our completemtraty water toys. The space *Please Read Before Booking* A perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, our fully renovated riverfront home is ideal for large groups. The main house features a huge, welcoming living space with a large sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a separate dining area. The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. To ensure the perfect fit for your group, our property offers flexible booking options: For Groups of 9 or Fewer: You will have exclusive access to the main house, which includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. With two full-size sofa beds in the living room, this space comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. For Groups of 10 to 13: Your stay automatically includes the main house plus a private, fully equipped upstairs suite. This adds a 4th bedroom, a second kitchen, and a second bathroom. This option is available for an additional charge of $50 per person, per night (minimum 2 guests or $100 per night). For Groups of 14+ (May to September only): For the ultimate large-group gathering, your booking will include the main house, the upstairs suite, AND a separate small house that accommodates up to 4 additional guests. We welcome furry friends! Please notify us if you are bringing a pet when booking. A pet fee of $150 will apply to cover extra cleaning costs. Guest access Access to the main house and all the spaces it includes, as well as the fully equipped upstairs suite for bookings of 10 or more guests. A very large dock sitting alongside the river, a hot tub, and a large backyard with soccer and basketball nets. Large swimming pool in the summer! BETWEEN MAY and SEPTEMBER: For bookings of 14+ guests, access also to a third unit in a separate small house that accomodates up to 4 guests Other things to note Seasonal Amenities: The swimming pool is non-heated and open from early/mid-June to late September. For winter stays of 2 or more nights, we offer a complementary ice-fishing hut (equipment not included); please let us know at booking if you are interested. Host On-site: The host may occasionally be staying in a fully separated cabin located behind the main house. Septic System: The house is on a septic system. We kindly request that you apply care and discretion when using the system and only flush toilet paper. When using the hot tub, please handle with extreme care. As the cover is large and heavy, it requires at least two guests to remove, and when you end your relaxing dip in the hot tub, two guests must place the cover back.
