On the first floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as a washing machine. A heated airer is available. There is a television and wifi. The Coach House has one off-road parking space. The space Downstairs double bedroom. Downstairs bathroom with toilet, sink and electric shower. Upstairs kitchen/living/dining. Off street parking for one vehicle. Guest access Whole house Other things to note WiFi is included. The password will be shared when the property is booked. Water and electricity are included on an agreed fair usage basis from 1st May to 31st August. Please note, due to heating being via electric storage heaters, between 1st September to 31st April electricity is charged at £100 per month via Airbnb payment request at the end of the month. Bedding (including pillows and duvet) and towels are not included.
