Airbnb and local authorities will be informed. 🔕 Quiet Hours (11 PM – 8 AM) – Please respect the residential community by keeping noise levels low. 🔋 Power Backup – A UPS router is available in case of power outages. ⏳ Check-In & Check-Out – We request guests to check in and out during the day rather than late at night or early in the morning. Late check-outs will incur a ₹2000 per half-hour fee. 🍽️ Meals Not Included – You can order via Swiggy/Zomato or use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals. 📍 Arrival Details – Directions, caretaker contact, house guide, and a local guide will be shared one day before check-in. 🆔 ID Verification Required – As per government regulations, guests must submit a photo ID after booking confirmation.
