The house is in a gated community, with a doorman and cameras for greater security, close to several areas of interest: airport, Ceará State University, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. (all a few meters away). The room has a balcony, great ventilation and air conditioning. The beds are new and the decor is clean. The space Shared areas in the house: living room, kitchen, toilet, garage and backyard. In addition, you can also use the condominium's collective leisure area (deck and swimming pool). The house is decorated with paintings, travel decorations, books, and other personal items. Guest access In the house: a furnished bedroom with a single bed (or two beds, according to the guest's request, including additional amounts), TV, individual bathroom; Living room with sofa and a pouf, smart TV, decorative objects, books, portraits, pictures on the wall of the stairs and ceiling fan; in the kitchen: cooktop stove and Brastemp electric oven, Tramontina pots, many Tupperware utensils, dishes (shallow, deep, dessert), cutlery (knives, forks, spoons of various sizes), rapporteur, glasses, bowls, mugs, kettle, boards and knives for cutting, coffee maker, blender. In the outdoor area, in the condominium's collective space for residents: swimming pool, deck with barbecue, shower, microwave oven, stove, tables, chairs and freezer. During your stay I will be present a few times and if you have any questions, whenever you need, I can answer by phone, email, etc. Other things to note 1. Respect the condominium's internal regulations, law of silence, etc. 2. There may be extra fees if the air conditioning is used for more than a week, the fee will be calculated based on the meter reading. 3. The accommodation is not suitable for children, teenagers or animals of any size, so it is not allowed for these categories, only for adults. 4. In the case of a stay of more than a week, the guest must take care of the cleaning, maintaining the protocols on Covid-19, both in the room and in their individual bathroom, or request the contracting of the extra service. The rules of hygiene, use of mask and hand sanitizer must be followed in the shared spaces of the house.
