Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a fee of up to $500. Weapons: Weapons of any kind, including firearms and hunting bows, are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a weapon will result in immediate eviction from the property. Events: Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Noise: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM. Fire Safety: Please use fireplaces and fire pits safely and in accordance with posted instructions. Property Boundaries: For your safety and the privacy of others, please do not trespass beyond the property boundaries. Camping: The use of tents, yurts, or other camping equipment is prohibited. Wildlife: As part of our commitment to the environment, we do not use chemical pest sprays. We recommend checking for ticks after spending time outdoors. Security: For everyone's protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the driveway and main entrance. These are not monitored during your stay unless an issue arises, and they never record the interior of the home.
