Guest access The whole property, yard, and two dwellings (big house & barn and the guesthouse) are yours and yours only to use. No shared spaces. Private retreat. Other things to note Please note if you are looking to create an event or party we will work with you but need to add an additional fee as an event space due to the cleanups and wear and tear to the property that we experience with such events. These fees can be waived in special circumstances such as long term stays but please be upfront with us so we can help you have a great event that is within our neighborhoods rules. Event Fees Up to 30 guests $1500 30 - 50 guests $ 2500 50 + guests $5000 EV Chargers ~ we have one! $25 per day. The wood burning hot tub is great. Easy to drain and refill. Please allows a couple of hours + to heat up using the wood for maximum enjoyment! Please also note that the pool remains open and cannot be closed during the open season.
