Completing the space is a refined round marble table, ideal for convivial gatherings or culinary evenings, combining functionality and sophistication in perfect harmony. First Bedroom: The master bedroom is an oasis of serenity, complete with a soft double bed (160x190), a spacious walk-in closet perfect for comfortably accommodating all personal belongings, including guests' suitcases, and a comfortable leather sofa for moments of pure relaxation. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is furnished with an inviting French double bed (140x190), next to which you'll find a practical nightstand, a clothing rack, and a desk that can serve as a convenient smart workspace, thanks to the ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, and a gas stove with 4 burners. It is designed to ensure maximum comfort for both short and long stays. Bathroom: The bathroom stands out for its spacious and modern design, enhanced by a beautiful walk-in shower, designed to provide a unique wellness experience, a practical bathroom cabinet equipped with a large mirror, and all amenities: toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and a 100% made in Italy Welcome Kit, consisting of shampoo and soap. We are here to guarantee you a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. Free Reserved Parking: Our Airbnb offers free private parking inside the courtyard, located right in front of the apartment entrance. To ensure availability, we kindly ask our guests to provide us with their car license plate number at least one day before check-in. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for the storage room, which will be used exclusively by staff (cleaning supplies, linen replacements). There will be no need for an appointment for key delivery, as you will be completely independent and free to enter at your convenience through a simple self check-in procedure. Details will be provided after the booking. Other things to note • In accordance with Italian regulations, to complete the check-in process it will be necessary to present an identification document or to register independently via the link provided by the host. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely to comply with legal obligations. • Our property is located within a limited traffic zone (ZTL). For this reason, we kindly ask our guests to provide the vehicle’s license plate number at least one day before check-in so that we can request the necessary access authorization. • For bookings with two guests, only a double bed will be prepared. For bookings with three guests, two beds will be arranged. However, it is possible to request an extra bed up to the day before check-in. If the host is available, the extra bed can also be set up after check-in, with an additional fee applied. • Please respect the maximum check-out time.
