Experience the blend of charm & luxury at Casa Dino—your home away from home! The space The property, originally built in 1927, features an interesting blend of old and new. This is coupled with amazing views around every corner of the beautiful Santa Monica Mountain Range and luxurious hillside properties - not to mention the entire City of Los Angeles. Your guest suite, although not large in terms of size is huge on its attention to detail. Every convenience has been addressed. This and the property grounds and outdoor spaces are sure to give you great relaxation and provide the backdrop for making memories that you will forever cherish. All this, right in the heart of one of the most exclusive neighborhoods that LA has to offer. This location makes a great starting point from which you can tour the City, enjoy the nightlife, go to work or simply kick back, decompress and relax. Casa Dino awaits you! Guest access PLEASE READ: Your rental grants access to your guest suite and attached private patio and features all amenities as pictured. There is a separate and private entrance for access to property. Your guest suite and patio are totally private and exclusive for your use and enjoyment at all times during your stay. Poolside areas feature a hot tub, sauna, outdoor bbq and outdoor kitchen, fire-pit and separate outdoor shower/bathroom. The poolside facilities are also rented for private events at certain times throughout the year but more so during peak season. Therefore, there may be times when those facilities are not accessible. Your privacy is central in our mission to provide you with an outstanding experience. We encourage you to make arrangements with your host upon arrival and he will be glad to block personal time at the pool for you during your stay. We are here to provide you with nothing short of a great and memorable five-star guest experience! Other things to note There is no designated or reserved parking on property, yet abundant parking is available on the street no more than several feet away from property entrance. There are no permits required and there are no parking restrictions. It is requested that you do not park in the cul-de-sac and only on the side of the street opposite the main residence. Please be considerate and do not block any neighbor driveway or access to their property. Please be respectful when driving up and/or walking thru the neighborhood and avoid loud conversation, loud music, and such. The area is very safe and quiet. In the interest of full transparency please note that the guest suite is not a large space and may not be the perfect fit for everyone, however we feel it is more than made up for with access granted to the abundant outdoor areas of property including exclusive use of your adjacent private covered patio, canyon areas and poolside facilities. The views are also epic and will leave you with lasting memories! Smoking is not permitted on property due to our location in a very high fire danger zone. We welcome you and your 'furry' friend to join you. Please only one pet per booking and notify host in advance of your arrival that a pet will be traveling with you. Host also has small pups on site. They are very friendly and welcoming but will not have direct access to your private areas. You are welcome to reserve any area of the property to host a small group of friends for a gathering, celebration or meeting. Please make sure to arrange this with your host in advance in order to make sure it is a 100% experience for you. Additional charges may apply. Quiet time begins each evening at 11 PM and extends until 7 AM. Midnight on Friday and Saturday nights and holidays. All conversation must be reduced to a whisper to avoid disturbing those trying to sleep. Please be vigilant with sound levels during quiet time hours. Although your guest suite and private patio are very private and exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay, the poolside is a shared space and is sometimes used by others. We are more than happy to reserve private time at the pool, and for all the poolside areas upon your request. The hot tub can be heated upon request and is free for the first use (4 hours). There may be an added charge of $20 for additional use to help cover the high cost of heating. The sauna is also free for the first use and may incur an added cost of $10 to help cover the high cost of electricity. First time use of each is complimentary with your booking. The pool runs an average temperatue of 85 degrees during summer season, but may be heated upon request for an added surcharge of $40 per day. Registration Details HSR26-000059
