Welcome to our newly-renovated, garden-level 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a historic Brooklyn Brownstone! The location is ideal for the Brooklyn experience - Franklin Ave in Crown Heights, a restaurant/bar/cafe strip I’d put up against any in NYC. The only downside is you’ll want to move here. You'll have total privacy! Your host is always present but never seen. If you need me for anything, just knock on our door or send me a message! The space Gorgeous, newly renovated Brooklyn brownstone, where the midcentury styled ground-level is yours. Super fast WiFi, SmartTV which you can use to log into any of your streaming apps, and a built-in music system which you can airplay/chromecast to or just use to play records. You even get shared access to the backyard, which includes a smokeless fire pit. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, private laundry machines are inside the apartment, and we're available to help with whatever you need. The location is excellent - half a block from trendy Franklin Ave in Crown Heights with tons of great restaurants, cafes and bars. To get a sense of the area, Google the Crown Inn and take a street-view tour. Our block itself is super peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect oasis to explore Brooklyn and Manhattan. So close to fun, yet so relaxing. We're a few blocks from the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The 2/3/4/5 subways are four blocks away, and once you're on it's 1 stop to the Barclay's Center or 17 minutes to Manhattan.
