From the first step, the world outside disappears. 🌱 Living the Dream The villa opens completely to the landscape. A stone bathtub sits beneath soft lights, perfect for sunset moments. The heated infinity pool stretches toward the rice fields and jungle beyond. Inside, a handcrafted bamboo and rattan sofa, bean bags, and a projector with Netflix create cozy jungle movie nights. A dining hut in the garden turns every meal into a candlelit experience under the stars. 🌙 Rest & Inspiration The round queen-size bed, wrapped in a mosquito net and hanging flowers, invites deep rest and vivid dreams. Other things to note 🌿 A Conscious Choice — Please Read Carefully Aurea is an open tropical villa, not a sealed hotel room. You will hear birds at dawn, frogs singing at night, and feel the rhythm of the land around you. Because the villa is open and surrounded by rice fields, you may encounter small jungle visitors such as geckos, small lizards, insects, frogs, or small field mice native to the rice terraces. They are part of the natural ecosystem. The villa and garden are fully private — no one ever enters the Aurea grounds. However, the surrounding rice fields are living, working landscapes. During the day, local farmers may be seen or heard from a distance. We maintain high standards of cleanliness, daily housekeeping, and regular pest control. Still, nature cannot — and should not — be completely excluded. It is part of the soul of this place. If you’re looking for a sterile, fully enclosed environment, Aurea may not be the right fit.
