1BR Private Terrace in Tbilisi
Description
Experience the blend of history and modernity in this 1BR apartment in Tbilisi's historic district. On a vibrant street with bars and restaurants, it's a 3-minute walk to Rustaveli Metro. The building, dating back to 1899, features a typical Tbilisi courtyard entrance. This 100 sq.m. apartment has a terrace overlooking the communal area. Nearby attractions include the Opera and Ballet Theater, Vera Park, and vintage shops. Enjoy nightlife with clubs and Georgian restaurants just minutes away. Guest access Guests have access to the building’s staircase, the common hallway, and, of course, the apartment itself. This is a fully private space with its own bedroom, bathroom, and a lovely terrace—so you’ll have everything to yourself. The setup makes the apartment feel extra cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the lively neighborhood. Other things to note The apartment is located in a lively area with lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars around—and there’s even a bar directly downstairs. On weekends, it can sometimes feel like a party, and the noise can be pretty loud, especially for light sleepers. If you’re sensitive to noise and planning to stay over the weekend, I’d recommend checking out my other apartments in the same building, just a few steps away on the same floor. They’re positioned further from the bar and tend to be much quieter. This bigger apartment with the terrace is beautiful and spacious, but unfortunately, the weekend noise from the bar can be an issue. We can always ask them to lower the volume, but in reality, it’s still disturbing for many guests.
