The most impressive space in this house is its 20-foot basement ceiling that redefines basement living. When my family gathers here, we throw all the grandchildren in the basement due to its easy supervision view from the living room. When we’ve had enough food, we play cornhole in the basement, lose some bets at the poker table or watch a movie on the 150” motorized projector screen in our heated reclining massage chairs. All the while, the kids are in the arcade room in the basement being entertained. When you are ready to unwind, step outside and soak in the private hot tub, the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Finally, when it is time to relax, the 5 bedroom consists of two rooms with King size TempurPedic beds, 2 rooms with queen Purple beds and 1 room with a full size Purple bed to help you sleep soundly. This house is close to the hustle and bustle of the city while also giving you space to retreat into a quieter and calmer suburb after a long day of events. Access to a trail that will lead you to Centerville Lake after about a mile or take the 2.6 mile hike Centerville Beach. 20 minutes to the Super Rink, USA Cup and 3M Open. 20 mins to Keystone Wedding events, 25-30 mins to St. Paul & MPLS, 18 min St. John's Hospital, 23 minutes to the CHS Field, 26 minutes to the Vikings Stadium, 30 minutes to the Twins Ballpark, 30 minutes to North Memorial Health Hospital, 30 minutes to the Mall of America.
