Juniper Point Airbnb's were established in 2017, making us the original Airbnb experience on Juniper Point. Our community is small, private, and home to only a handful of residents- each blessed with stunning lake and mountain views, but very few with direct beach access. That's what makes us different. At Juniper Hideaway, you have direct beach access through our sister Airbnb Juniper Point. Our standards have set the benchmark for the area and are often imitated but never matched. 🌻 The space What Juniper Hideaway offers is truly unique, and has been since day one. Not only do you get the entire 2 acre private property to yourself, but you can also enjoy the communal Recreational Areas through our sister Airbnb -Juniper Point. What You Get- Always Included - Direct Beach Access through our sister Airbnb, Juniper Point. Beach Access & Jet Ski & Boat Launch- no public crowds, no waiting. Docking Privileges- rentals from French Gulch Marina can be docked right on our beach. Beach Comforts- shade structures, BBQ, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. Fully Equipped Boat House- kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boat, water trampolines, float tubes, oars, life jackets, extra beach chairs, ice chests, and mountain bike racks. Club House Entertainment- kerplunk, connect 4, outdoor pong, cornhole, outdoor family friendly axe throwing game, and magnetic darts. Outdoor Recreation- ping pong, pool table, horseshoes, badminton, volleyball, tetherball, and a private Playground. Juniper Hideaway's Garage Game Room - also provides non-communal - air hockey, ping pong, kerplunk, tower stack, electronic dart board, magnetic dart board, connect 4, corn hole, tumbling tower, toss-across, playing dice set, walkie-talkies, portable speaker, and a selfie-station, for those who like a more intimate gaming atmosphere. Important Details - We provide a lithium battery golf cart to go to-and-from our sister locations, and get closer to the beach with ease. (Must be 21 and over. Subject to availability. Restrictions apply). Special Events Welcome - We accept inquiries for small weddings, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, and other special occasions. Our lakeside retreat and beach create a one-of-a-kind unforgettable experience. 🌻 Guest access Entire 2 acre private property, including direct beach access, and communal Recreation Areas, located at Juniper Point. Other things to note We’re located on a one-mile dirt road, with no city lights. Daytime travel is highly recommended. No more than 6 guests are allowed. This is due to our sleeping accommodations and our septic system. Every guest must be accounted for in your numbers. If you need more space, please look into our sister Airbnb locations that are also available to rent. There’s plenty of parking for your toys. We welcome boats, jet skis, etc. Please Note: Our water activities are not available year-round and are only available Memorial Day-Labor Day. Please bring plenty of sunscreen, and we recommend purchasing water shoes prior to your stay to enjoy outdoor water activities! They’re super inexpensive on Amazon! All guests are responsible for Cleaning. No Pets, No Fireworks, No Exceptions!!!
