We are a gateway destination to the Giant Sequoias and known for our fantastic Murals. The historic brick buildings make a great surface for the 30+ large murals you will find as you stroll throughout the charming downtown district. Channing Way is walking distance to everything Exeter has to offer. Easy 30 minute drive to Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Park, this home is perfect for those traveling to the park for a day. There is a new tub and shower in the bathroom for soaking, spacious family room with a Smart TV and a quiet back yard for your enjoyment. Plenty of off street parking. Private entrance, self check in & WiFi. Only 15 minutes from the fantastic town of Visalia. Downtown Exeter, specifically Pine Street and E Street feature lots of yummy restaurants, start your day with a drink from Exeter Coffee Company and a pastry from Jireh Bakery, for lunch Hometown Emporium offers a large variety of delicious home made goodies and of course if you want a great pizza go to VIP Pizza. For something a more special we love Monets Wine Bistro and Cafe Lafayette both are fabulous French restaurants. Exploring the many antique shops is a great way to spend a day and a walking tour of the famous murals is the perfect way to stretch your legs. We are located roughly 30 minutes from the Sequoia National Park entrance, this is the perfect location for anyone needing a home base after a day of hiking and exploring. Exeter features some of the most fun seasonal events around with Fall Festival, Christmas Downtown and summer concerts at the park. For a little more adventure travel 20 minutes to the quaint foothill town of 3 Rivers and rent a houseboat on Kaweah Lake, swim at Slick Rock or go jump in one of the swim holes located all along the river. Travel 15 minutes west and experience all Downtown Visalia has to offer, the historic Fox Theatre, many fabulous restaurants, some of our favorites are Sushi Kuu, Bravo Farms, Bistro De Bufala and Quesadilla Gorilla located at The Mix. Guest access The whole house and back patio are available for guest use. Other things to note There is no smoking of any substance on the property. Exeter is a rural farming town, there are bugs and dust as the seasons change. We have a professional pest and cleaning services on a regular basis and do our best to ensure you have the best stay.
