Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a pellet grill—your stay, your way. The space Welcome to the Brinton Ranch, a 5th generation cattle ranch. We hope you enjoys your stay! The ranch guest house is a side by side duplex with both units being used by ranch visitors so other guests may be present during your stay! Please take into consideration that this is an active working cattle ranch and as such you may be exposed to the sounds, smells, dust, and bugs that are present. Your furry friends are welcome, but we require them to stay on a leash when outside for their safety and not be left unattended at any point in your stay. Ranch barn cats and a working Australian Shepard dog are present. Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit which includes a full bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed, and loft which has a full size bed and two twin beds. The porch and other outside amenities around the building are shared with other guests. As an active working ranch, we require all guest to stay out of areas containing livestock or behind closed gates and fences or doors. Entering areas uninvited will result in your reservation being cancelled without refund. We do enjoy showing guests our operation and ask that tours are requested through Airbnb messages. Other things to note Please note that your stay will be on a working cattle ranch and as such may include some negatives associated with a ranching setting such as livestock sounds, farm equipment operations, and bugs (flys). Regular pest control happens, but we often see higher amounts of flys in the fall as the temperature decreases.
