Smoking inside the property will result in a $2,500 MXN fine for disinfection and blocking. -Parties and gatherings are not permitted. Loud music (over 65 decibels) is also prohibited at any time of day. - Failure to comply with any of the Condominium's Internal Regulations may result in fines ranging from 1 to 8 monthly maintenance fees.
