House in the woods with excellent access and security

Beautiful house surrounded by forests in a gated and guarded property. Very easy access from National Route 14. By car: * 20 minutes from the city center. * 15 minutes from the International Bridge. * 10 min to Concordia Thermal Park and Airport The space During the time my family is traveling the house is fully available to guests. The house features a full kitchen and dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a room with 2 single beds, a master bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom, an extra room in one floor (2 single beds), 1 full bathroom and two 1/2 bathroom, one inside and one outside the house. Grill, covered parking for two cars. The park, swimming pool (during the summer) and children's games are shared with another family home on the same property. Guest access The guests have access to all the facilities of the house, the swimming pool and the park. If they need maid service, it can be added. Other things to note Other people in addition to the guest are not allowed. Not rented for private events.
