This unit is an *attachment* to our home, but completely walled off and the only mode of entry is through your own private door. Our place is great for anyone seeking a place close to any of Central Florida's greatest attractions: 5 minute drive to Wekiwa State Park, 20 minutes to Downtown Orlando, 45 minutes to any of the major theme parks. Features: 1x Full sized bed, 1x Bathroom, Wireless Internet, Keyless Entry, Patio, Microwave & Mini Fridge You will have access to street parking next to the house and patio. Work late nights and weekends, but will always have onsite contact person available if needed. Considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Central Florida. Quiet and peacefull neighborhood. This Studio is attached to our current house but is completely closed off. The only common area is the patio/pool area which we rarely enter. *We don't allow cooking inside the studio. Please only use the Microwave for reheating.
