Designed for families and small groups of up to 8 guests, the villa offers spacious terraces, a private pool, stunning sea views, and comfortable living spaces: Two twin bedrooms (two single beds each) One double bedroom with a large bed One king-size bedroom with enough space to add two single beds All main bedrooms are located on the same level, near the entrance, and are served by two spacious bathrooms. Only two rooms offer direct sea views. For larger groups (up to 14 guests), we offer an additional sleeping area located on the pool level (-2). This area is separate from the main villa, equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains. Please note: the bathroom and shower for this area are external. Extra services are available on request: home grocery delivery, private chef, car and boat rentals, transfer services, and catering. We kindly ask guests to maintain the house in a clean and orderly condition; excess rubbish or insufficient cleanliness may incur additional cleaning fees. In accordance with Spanish law, the local tourist tax must be paid in cash, in euros, upon arrival. You will receive all necessary documentation prior to your check-in. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces. The house includes air conditioning, Gym, BBQ zone fully equipped , two swiming pool, solarium, Wi-Fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher), washing machine, towels, and bed linen. Every room is designed for comfort and privacy. Other things to note Before check-in, each guest must complete a mandatory form in compliance with local tourism and safety regulations. The form also includes the acceptance of the house rules (which are listed in the property description). It is important to read and accept all terms before arrival.
