Get your color on! Overlooking the lake AND the pool, this sweet little sunset spot makes for the perfect getaway for vacationers and "stay-cationers" (It's not a word. We're making it a word!) The Island on Lake Travis is 45 minutes from downtown Austin, feels like a whole other world, and is wonderfully peaceful all year round! Peruse the grounds of this one-of-a-kind Island getaway, bask in the plentiful amenities, feed the friendly deer, enjoy the onsite restaurant, and so much more. The space Who need news and when you have The Views! And we don't meant the talk show but an amazing balcony that overlook the pool, lake and beautiful sunsets. You will park in the parking garage in your one assigned space then take the elevator or stairs up to your condo. There are lovely courtyards, pools, hot tubs and Tennis/pickleball courts. Guest access Guests have access to the entire gated grounds with the exception of the Marina which is private to slip owners and slip renters. (inquire if you require a slip). In the condo all areas accept the owner's closet is accessible. Other things to note Must be 25 years or older to book, guests 18-24 may be able to book with good reviews and possible refundable deposit. Upon Booking we will send a link for filling out a rental agreement which will ask for you to have your ID on file, ID must match ID on Airbnb reservation and person booking must be present at the property for the reservation.
