Our comfortable apartment is located in the center of beautiful and friendly Igoumenitsa, on the second floor of our small apartment building. It is fully equipped with everything necessary, taking care of your comfortable stay to accommodate you and your loved ones. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, a popular market, the main square, TAXI, café, bakery, banks, florists, shops, pastry shops, pharmacies and all services. Access is very easy on foot!! The space The apartment has two balconies: in the front overlooking the street there is a table and 2 chairs and in the back overlooking the beautiful forest of Igoumenitsa there is a clothesline and clothespins for drying clothes. It has an exceptionally large open space with a kitchen, living room and dining room. It also includes two bedrooms, offering comfort, privacy, and practicality. And finally a comfortable bathroom. The first bedroom features a large double bed with brand new premium sleeping mattress, two spacious nightstands and a large closet with hangers and an iron for clothes, making it perfect for couples looking for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom includes two single beds with comfortable mattresses, perfect for hosting two children, teenagers or adults, and there is another large wardrobe for their clothes. In the spacious living room, you will find a large corner couch that can also be used as a bed for a small child. The same space hosts the dining room, suitable for six people and the large, fully equipped kitchen, which includes all the necessary utensils as well as a toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine to enjoy your coffee. Finally, the bathroom has all the necessary toiletries, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body cream, hair dryer, laundry detergent, fabric conditioner, etc. The bathtub and washer for your clothes will offer you all the comforts for an easy stay. It is worth noting that all windows and balcony doors have screens and shutters. Guest access Access to the apartment, which is located on the second floor of the apartment building, is via a staircase. There's no elevator. There's no other common area. Other things to note Resilience Tax. Upon arrival, guests must pay the owner the resilience fee of Article 30 of Law 5073/2023, which is set for Greece at €8 per day of use of the apartment for the months from April to October and at €2 per day of use of the apartment for the months from November to March. For this apartment, the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is INCLUDED in the final reservation price for your convenience.
