Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to ensure ease and comfort during your stay. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals on your own schedule, with space to cook and a dining table for shared meals. A refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials are included, making it convenient for both short and extended stays. Starter amenities are included (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, one laundry pod). Daily housekeeping is not provided. Washer/dryer not in unit (coin laundry available on-site). Property Rules: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on-site. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on or near the property. Quiet hours observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Booking & Payment: A signed rental agreement, valid ID, and credit card validation are required. 25% deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
