The space Set on the first floor at The Havens at Barefoot Resort, this fully renovated condo offers a comfortable layout with a private entrance and smart lock self check-in. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 6 guests, giving you room to spread out while still feeling connected. Sleeping arrangements Three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms provide restful spaces for every guest. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and views of the golf course. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third offers two twin beds - ideal for additional guests or families traveling together. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at your own pace, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner after a full day. No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for violations. No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, or similar vehicles allowed on property. No fireworks permitted on or around the property. This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking is allowed inside, on the patio, or in shared spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. Violations will incur a $500 fine and eviction. Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
