Go directly to your condo. Enter the code provided on your final confirmation email. Enter code, turn the knob to the right. To lock the door, push the checkmark button at the bottom of the keypad. Please remember, you are in someone’s home and someone else’s neighborhood. Please respect them by not disrupting the neighboring homes by entering their yards, riding ATVs in or on their driveways, yelling, using profane language, revving motors, etc. House Rules are in the condo. Garbage: Please make sure that your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated waste bins. There is a $35 charge for any excessive garbage needing to be hauled off by Red Sands. Las Palmas Pool Hours: Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 9 PM; Friday and Saturday 9 AM- 10 PM Green Valley Clubhouse and Pool Hours: Sunday 9 AM -7 PM Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM The Pools behind buildings 12 and 17 are open from 10 AM - 10 PM. To Use Green Valley Passes: Take the Las Palmas pool card (it is a large card with the unit number on it) next door to the Green Valley Resort. Enter through the Clubhouse glass doors, go straight ahead and out the back through the glass doors. In front and to the right of you will be a pool house. Go inside and show the receptionist your pool card. They will get you logged in and you are on your way to having fun! You will have 10 passes per day, any additional pass is $5 per person.
