There is a fine for lost pool fobs or Keys. There is no street parking. If you have trucks or trailers you may park them off the road of Razor Ridge Drive, just past Razor Ridge Pond (Section E on the Complex Map) Garbage day is on Friday morning. Please put out Thursday night after 5 PM and bring back on Friday. There is a $35 charge for any excessive garbage that needs to be hauled off by Red Sands Vacations due to missing garbage day. Please remember you are in someone’s home and someone else’s neighborhood. Please respect them by not disrupting the neighboring homes by entering their yards, riding ATVs in or on their driveways, yelling, using profane language, revving motors, etc. House Rules are in the condo.
