While it's peaceful and quiet, it’s not fully secluded. Curtains are provided in all bedrooms, but a few common-area windows have light-filtering coverage. If privacy is a top concern, feel free to reach out with questions before booking. Train Nearby: The nearby railroad adds a bit of rustic charm—and occasional train horns. Some guests find it cozy, while light sleepers may prefer earplugs (we provide them just in case!). River Access: The home does not have direct river access from the backyard. However, public river access points are nearby—we’re happy to share a map and directions in the guidebook! Cabin Size: The cabin is 620 sq ft – cozy and thoughtfully designed for small groups or couples. Photos reflect the space accurately, though it may feel more compact in person. Cleaning & Supplies: We provide essential cleaning supplies and laundry detergent for your stay. If you can’t find them, please reach out so we can point out the location. Wood Stove & Firewood: Firewood is not provided, but local stores sell bundles nearby. Feel free to bring your own if you’d like to enjoy the wood stove! Dining: The main dining area includes a bar table suited for 2–3 guests. Wi-Fi & Work: Strong Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it a great space to relax or work remotely. Nature & Maintenance: The yard is rustic and surrounded by nature. Our team regularly maintains the outdoor space, but pine needles and seasonal debris may appear between visits—thank you for understanding!
