The house is cozy and quiet, 20 blocks from down town. Two bedrooms, the small one with a single bed and the large one with double bed. It can accommodate up to three people. Car port. Ideal for relaxation. Peaceful. The space Maipu House is a country house in the heart of the city. An antique 1926 house renovated preserving its original architectural details. The street is of little vehicle traffic so you can enjoy the silence and quietness. It has different open spaces for smoking, sun bathing, gardening, and doing argentine BBQ. Guest access Common ingredients for breakfast are provided for guests to prepare it (bread, marmelade, butter, coffee and tea). Shared places: kitchen, living room, garage and a large backyard with barbecue and organic garden, everything under the shadow of a huge bonsay of a native tree who escaped its pottery seven years ago. Free access to wi-fi. There is no TV signal. The washing machine can be used with owner assistance. The drier is a rope outside. Home phone available for emergencies only The Dance Studio is available with advance booking, at times when no classes. Cost reasonably agreed. During your stay I like to interact with guests if they wish to do so. I respect their privacy above all. I have lived in other countries so I enjoy meeting people from other places and give them all the help they need and is at my reach. Other things to note The house is close to the University Campus. Main careers are Music, Psychology, and Social Communication Architecture. There are also research institutes of various kinds but mostly in Exact Sciences. Medicine, Dentistry, Biochemistry and Pharmacy are further away; it is easy to reach by urban public transport (buses) in less than 30 minutes. Other careers such as Fine Arts, History, Literature are in the center (down town), about 20 blocks that can be done walking or by bus in 15 minutes.
