Perfect for families and small groups, the house combines traditional Salento architecture, curated interiors and outdoor living spaces designed for slow mornings, sunny afternoons and long summer dinners under the citrus trees. Originally built at the end of the 19th century, the home has been carefully restored while preserving its historic character, including traditional star-vault ceilings, original cement tiles and exposed stone details typical of Salento houses. The atmosphere blends Mediterranean warmth, local authenticity and contemporary comfort. The house accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Following the traditional layout of historic Salento homes, two of the bedrooms are connected in sequence, making the property especially suitable for families or groups comfortable sharing spaces in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. All bedrooms feature spacious king-size double beds (180 x 220 cm) designed for extra comfort and restful sleep. The open-plan living room and kitchen overlook the private courtyard and garden, creating a bright indoor-outdoor flow throughout the day. The interiors combine vintage touches, natural materials and carefully selected design elements inspired by Mediterranean living. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, 5-burner stove, coffee machine with pods included, kettle, toaster and all essentials for cooking and outdoor dining. Air conditioning and heating are available year-round, with separate temperature control in each bedroom. Outside, guests can enjoy a private citrus garden surrounded by traditional Salento stone walls, pomegranate and persimmon trees. A compact private pool (4x2 m, depth 1.2 m) offers a refreshing place to cool off and relax during warm summer days, while outdoor dining and lounge areas create a peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere. Pool heating is available on request during cooler seasons. Pool heating is available during the cooler months for an additional fee of €15 per day (minimum 3 days). Depending on the outdoor temperature, the water can be heated up to approximately 25°C. Pool heating is not available in December, January, and February. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, as the pool requires about 24 hours to reach temperature.
