Zoleilo Bungalows

Zoleiolo Bungalows is situated on the south west coast of Vella Lavella Island one hour from Gizo by boat. Three traditional style bungalows at the water’s edge, surrounded by tropical gardens. Prices are for 2 people per bungalow including 3 meals per day and snacks. We are mostly powered by 12v solar, and have good internet. Activities include snorkeling, fishing, hiking through the forest and birdwatching. The space Zoleiolo Bungalows is a small family owned accommodation. Three seperate bungalows surrounded by tropical gardens overlooking the the water. Spectacular sunsets every evening looking out to Ranongga island. There is fantastic snorkelling in front of Zoleilo, where we have cultivated a beautiful coral garden attracting an abundance of marine life. There is also terrific bushwalking in the forest where pre colonial tambu sites can be visited and the birdwatching is superb. Guest access Guests are free to explore all the gardens around Zoleilo and swim and snorkel in front of the bungalows. We have a coconut plantation, a small private beach and a wonderful hiking trail through the forest on our land. Other things to note Prices include accommodation for 2 guests per bungalow, including all meals, snack, tea & coffee all day. Zoleilo Bungalows is located 1hr boat ride from Gizo township. We can arrange boat transfers to and from Gizo for AU$200 per trip. We are located in a remote and beautiful location. The true Solomon Islands experience.
