The space The home features spacious bedrooms with ample closet space, a comfortable living area, and a balcony with an ocean view, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The sleeping arrangements include one master bedroom with a king-size bed, one double-queen bedroom with two queen beds, and one bedroom with two bunk beds plus a single twin bed. This private middle level has its own entrance, offering added privacy and convenience. Free street parking is available directly in front of the unit within the gated community. The layout is ideal for couples or small groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxing coastal retreat. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the following shared spaces: • Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach • Rooftop lounge with seating and a fire pit, perfect for evening relaxation • Community’s private sandy beach, just a 3-minute walk away Other things to note • A grill is available for guest use. Guests may bring their own propane tank or refill the one provided at a nearby location.
