Just 3 minutes from the beach, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, a study with a sofa bed, 4 bathrooms, and trundle beds for 3 kids. Enjoy the tropical garden, private pool, and terrace with outdoor dining. Inside: full kitchen and cozy living room with another interior dining area. IMPORTANT: Nearby construction (started July 2025) may cause daytime noise. The space House 3 min walking to the beach, with pool and a/c, private and cozy. Offers 3 bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with a double bed and an elevated single bed. Additionally, there are 3 trundle beds that can accommodate 3 children, bringing the total capacity to up to 10 guests. If all guests are adults, we recommend a maximum of 6-7 people, sharing the rooms. It is ideal for 3 couples. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the garden, and the pool. No areas are shared. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Our neighbor recently started a construction (July 2025) and might be noise at some times. Please note that the house has 3 bedrooms with beds and trundle beds, as well as a study with a sofa bed. Although the maximum capacity is 10 people, the ideal arrangement is 6 or 7 adults, with the remaining spaces reserved for children. An additional fee will be applied per every children. Due to tax regulations from the Government of Costa Rica, we kindly request a form of identification (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) in order to issue the required electronic invoice.
