Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests. 
Pet Policy We don't allow pets do to allergies This is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
