The oceanfront condotel features an amazing view from the private balcony. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and just over an hour to the theme parks. Can accommodate up to 4 guests. 1 bed / 1 pullout queen couch /1 bath **read details The space The space is light and airy and very welcoming; it gives off the beach vibe you are longing for. There are beach towels, chairs, cooler, ice packs, and umbrella for you to use during your stay. A drying rack for swimwear and towels when you return from the beach. Full-size refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, pots/pans, utensils, dishware, glassware, flatware, spices, coffee maker, sugar, creamers, toaster, a safe, toiletries etc. Literally, bring your clothes and sense of adventure. Walk to mini golf, restaurants, ice cream shop or to the intercostal. Lifeguard station right in front of our location. ***Milestone repairs are on-going around the property so please pay attention to signage and notices. ***Pool is closed as work on the sea wall is on-going. ***Please follow all parking notices on site. Guest access Access to the beach is just steps down the Dunlawton Ramp on the side of the building. *** Message: Due to some damage from hurricanes Ian, Nicole and Milton, the pool area is currently not available for use. Repairs are on-going and the listing will be updated as these projects are completed and ready for use. Please follow all notices around property as many items are being worked on. Other things to note ***Washer and Dryer room in the basement of the building is being worked on and NOT available currently. ****The pool is currently closed due to renovations of the area. ***Unfortunately, the property does NOT allow trailer parking. ****Please follow ALL parking notices and blocked off areas. Towing will occur if you violate these notices around the property. ****Milestone work is happening ALL around the building, so please be mindful when around the building. The price of your stay is reflected by the inconveniences this work may cause.
