For long term rental, the house may rented with all 3 bedrooms (additional charges apply). Guest access The entire top floor of house is open to guest. This includes living room, kitchen, bedroom and sky roof. The bottom floor is unoccupied and used for storage. No access for guest. Other things to note Pool heating, $100 per day, 84 degree Spa heating, $50 per day, 104 Heating times, 10am-6pm (or any 8 hrs).
