Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, dressers, nightstands, and an attached bathroom with two walk-in closets. Enjoy entertainment on the 65" smart TV. Sleeps 2. Once your booking is confirmed, our smart lock will send the access code via Airbnb message . Other things to note No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests. ***Additional fee for 8+ guests Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply. ***Trash day is every Monday, please place trash cans in front of house on Sunday evening.
