This cozy and pet friendly townhouse located in the heart of downtown sleeps 4 comfortably. Stepping inside the home you will be greeted by a bright, cheerful color pallet, with soaring light filled living area. The space The main floor features an open floor plan, allowing the family to eat, drink, play games and watch movies while still spending quality time with each other. Living/Dining Room The living room is cozy with a large swiveling 50” HDTV with HD local, sports, and movie channels. For those that can’t be without the modern conveniences, high tech connectivity is also included with high speed Wi-Fi for the whole family. A Blu-ray DVD player is available along with a variety of Blu-ray DVDs. The kitchen is open and well equipped, complete with black quartz countertops, flat top stove, ice-maker, dishwasher, and plenty of high quality pots and pans to keep any cook happy. The gadgets and appliances include anything you might need to cook, bake, simmer all day, or wake up to fresh waffles and coffee. Large pots and roasting pans are also available for that seafood boil or a full holiday dinner. Just bring your groceries and you’re ready to go. Servings for 8 or more with plenty of glass and silverware. Main Floor Bedroom The main floor bedroom greets you with ample windows and bright colors of orange and yellow, and a rustic queen size plush bed, the happy room! A large 6 drawer dresser allows for extra storage of all the “stuff” that accompanies you on your vacation. A flat screen TV on a swivel wall mount allows that optimal viewing angle. Bring your kids game system and they can hook up to this or any of the TV’s in the home. A direct door into the hall full bathroom makes this a second suite. Upstairs Primary Bedroom And when it's time to turn in, you’re in for a luxury experience. The king-size sleep by number mattress will guarantee a good night’s sleep, both of you, since each side is adjustable. The Primary bedroom allows you to have a true retreat in your own part of the home with an attached bathroom, Smart HDTV and large closet with closet organizer. Outside the Home The great outside awaits with paths to the forest and ocean that are great for walking your dogs, walking, running, bike riding, and offering great views. Step outside your back door to one of 2 gas fire pits and roast marshmallows with the kids, or just sit back and enjoy a nice glass of wine and listen to the ocean sounds! Want to spend time at the beach, grab the beach chairs and towels and head down to the shore. And don’t forget you are in the center of all that Seabrook has to offer from the parks, pool, dog park, trails (Gnome Trail for kids), shops, restaurants, bike rentals and much more.
