Newly listed, we have designed this home to make your vacation memorable with amenities for the whole family. As a guest, you’ll have access to the private marina, clubhouse, heated seasonal pool and an indoor/outdoor year-round pool. This is a perfect South Haven hub - just a walk 5 minutes to Newcome Beach, short drive to South Beach or drive a few minutes to explore the vibrant downtown! An impressive South Haven Lighthouse photo print spans across the living room wall - the local area scenery is a theme throughout the house. Sit back on the leather chair or lounge on the couch to catch a game or have a family movie night - note the convenient drink holders on each arm of the sofa! Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen as you socialize with the rest of the family. There’s island seating for 4 - perfect for family breakfasts! And the dining table has seating for 5. Challenge a family member to some friendly retro competition on the 2-seat arcade machine behind the sofa - extra energy will be well spent on PacMan or Donkey Kong! We love the layout of this home because all 3 bedrooms are on the same floor. Head upstairs to find the Sunset King Suite decorated in beautiful orange hues and fun decorative details. You’ll have a cozy King bed, your own Smart TV, a dresser, and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Around the corner in the hallway there’s the laundry with a full-size washer and dryer - we stock up on the basic soaps for washing and detergents for laundry so no need to bring those. On the other side of the hallway you’ll have a full shared bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms. The Blue Beach bedroom has a comfy Queen bed and the Green Beach bedroom has 2 Single beds with trundles. KIDS: We want to make it easier for families to travel together and plan for their trips - one less pool noodle or piece of baby gear is precious space saved!
